Q What forms of payment do you accept? A We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks, money orders and Paypal. Sorry but we do not accept American Express at this time.
Q If I use a credit card is my information secure? A Your credit card information is transmitted using the latest encryption technology. We never store your credit card info.
Q Do you charge sales tax? A We are required to collect 8% sales tax from all NYS residents. Tax is applied to the subtotal including shipping.
Q What are the shipping charges for my order? A Shipping is a flat-rate of $3.00 for orders under $50.00 and free for orders over $50.00. We feel you should spend your hard earned money on coins, not postage.
Q Is there a minimum order requirement? A We require a minimum order of $10.00.
Q Will my coins be secure during shipping? A All of our coins are professionally packaged and shipped fully insured for your protection.
Q Why does the coin I received look different from the picture on your website? A There could be two reasons for this. First, we use stock photos for some generic items. The reasons for this are simple, it helps us keep the site cleaner and easier to navigate. And it helps reduce our costs, thereby keeping our prices lower. Second, although every effort is made to produce high quality images of our coins, sometimes it is nearly impossible to provide a picture that looks exactly like the coin. Images of coins tend to look slightly darker and less lustrous in a digital image than they do in person. The color may also vary somewhat depending on your individual monitor and settings.
Q I received a coupon code from you for a discount offer. Can you tell me how to use it? A When viewing your shopping cart, there is a section at the bottom of the page for you to enter your coupon code. Please keep in mind that some coupons can only be used once and are not available for use with other special offers.
Q When will my order be shipped? A Orders placed before 1:00PM Mon thru Fri are shipped the same day. After 1:00PM they are shipped the next business day. On rare occasions an order may be delayed, but most will fall under these guidelines.
Q How do I return an item? A We stand behind what we sell 100%. If you are not happy with your item, you are more than welcome to return it for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refunded and the customer is responsible for mailing the item back. All items must be returned in original condition they were received in.
